Help Us Raise the Roof

Post 382 needs a new roof to keep serving local veterans, their families, and the Sanford community for years to come. Every gift — large or small — brings us closer to our $55,000 goal.

About the Post

What We Do

Post 382 stands for the veterans of Lee County and their families. We gather to remember those who served, support members in need, and host events that bring our community together.

The post is home to an active Auxiliary and an American Legion Riders chapter. Out front, a restored WWII-era U.S. Army tank stands as a tribute to the generations who answered the call.

The American Legion was chartered by Congress in 1919 as the nation's largest wartime veterans service organization.
